In collaboration with Blocktivity, HGX consultants initially completed a pilot to develop rules for identifying, naming, and documenting baggage handling system resources and develop a register for close to 1000 assets.

Finally, we built a database for the entire asset registry, employing data governance best practices to enable business intelligence analysis using the data by linking it to a central semantic model.

HGX consultants worked with the team at BloomFi to design their processes to automate data collection and analysis. This involved the creation of ETL pipelines, storage infrastructure and Power BI dashboards.

These tools enable Bloom management to be able to make data-driven decisions in real time and also saves cost that would have been spent on manual analysis and reporting.

In collaboration with Blocktivity, HGX consultants worked with the team at British Columbia Institute of Technology to develop a financial model for infrastructure.

The process involved data collection, analysis and interpretation for use in the model. This enables BCIT to have a reliable and dynamic model for predicting startup and operational costs for infrastructure projects.
